Starting from Jan 2005, this safari will run for 19-days (was previously 17-days), owing to the fact that we have included Lake Naivasha andSweetwaters Game Reserve. At Lake Naivasha, you will take a boat on the lake watching the many birds on the lake and hippos, and will also have have the rare experience of a walking safari at Crescent Island, one of the few places in the world where one can walk freely amidst wild animals – there are no predators.Sweetwaters (private) Game Reserve is also an attraction especially because of the Chimpanzee sanctuary within the reserve, the only one of its kind in the country. There is also the tame rhino named Morani, an information center and an optional NIGHT GAME DRIVE, not available in the government-owned game parks.Like our safari ESSKT 018, this 19-days safari combines both Kenyan and Tanzanian parks, and transportation is by both road and air (some sectors), and will take you to Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru National Park, Mount Kenya, Sweetwaters Game Reserve, Samburu National Reserve, Maasai Mara Game Reserve as well as Amboseli National Park.
