Karafuu Hotel is located on the un-spoilt Eastern Coast of Zanzibar Island approximately 65 Km from Zanzibar town and airport. Karafuu means ‘cloves’ in the local Swahili language and refers to the fragrant spice grown in Tanzania and exported worldwide.
