The Shooting Star Lodge is a tranquil oasis, a delightful refuge from the world where you will escape the incessant chatter of the city… Accommodation is built to a high standard in traditional Zanzibari style with white limewashed walls, high beamed ceilings and large windows. Our Sea View Cottages all contain beautifully hand-carved wooden Zanzibari beds draped with tailored mosquito net canopies.

Cottages are air-conditioned and are also equipped with electric fans to complement Kiwengwa’s cool sea breezes. We can accommodate you on a Full, Half Board or Bed & Breakfast basis depending on your preference.
