We (Joel and Leah Parlow and Marc and Sherry Rapuch) recently went on Safari with you.  Our driver/guide was Eric Otieno.  I wanted to let you know that we had the most wonderful time.  Eric was so fantastic.  Not only is he incredibly knowledgable but he made us feel so comfortable and cared for and his sense of humour was great.  I can’t say enough about him.  He is a true professional and a wonderful person.

I have actually been trying to contact Eric but am having trouble with his email which may have been changed.  If possible, could you forward his email to me or forward my email to him asking him to contact me with his email address.
Again, I want to thank you for an incredible experience.  Every detail was perfect.  We have highly recommended you to our friends who might be considering a safari.  We hope to visit Africa again sometime in the future.
